Row actions

The trailing menu on a list row. Its fixed panel follows the trigger as the table scrolls, so an overflow-x-auto table cannot clip it. Open it with the trigger or a row context click; Arrow keys, Home, End, and Escape work inside the menu. Items are ordinary caller-authored koala-menu-item rows.
